The Good and Welfare Committee is responsible for sending a token of acknowledgement to our members. This could be in the form of a card or gift card.

If a member celebrates the birth of their child, they will receive a card and a $50 gift card.

If a member experiences the loss of a loved one (parent, spouse, brother, sister, child, mother-in-law, father-in-law, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, grandchildren, grandparents, or grandparents-in-law), they will receive a card and a $50 gift card.

If a member is off work due to an injury or sickness for more than four weeks, they will receive a “get well” card.

If a member gets married or retires, they will receive a “congratulations” card.

The Committee has the ability to use their discretion and send members a card when it’s outside these guidelines (ie. a member becomes a new grandparent).

Submit your request by filling out the online form below.
